Returns, Refunds and Cancelling an Order
The following relates to online purchases made on the website activitychest.com.
Buyers have the right to cancel their purchase within 30 working days after the day they receive the item. Goods must be returned in their original unbroken packaging.
If buyers find goods to be incomplete or faulty they may be returned to the seller within 30 days. We shall replace faulty goods if available or if not to refund your payment. Goods deemed to have been used for a purpose for which they were not designed shall not be eligible for a refund. Return postage will be paid if the item is faulty.
How to Return
Contact us to obtain a Return Notification Number. Where possible use the packaging the goods were sent in. Proof of posting must be obtained and we recommend items are posted Royal Rail Signed For to obtain a signature on receipt. Proof of posting is not deemed proof of receipt.
Reimbursement of original purchase payment will be made within 7 days of receiving returned goods.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately on 01753 892828, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have not dispatched your goods we will cancel the order.
