Disclaimers 4.1 This site is provided on an "as is" basis without making any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and Tulip Toys and Gifts Ltd disclaims all such representations or warranties except where a specific offer is made. Refunds and Exchanges 5.1 Tulip Toys and Gifts Ltd will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions: (a) If any item in your purchase proves to be faulty, please return the items to us with proof of purchase and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund or an exchange. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by your accident, neglect or misuse. (b) If you change your mind, you may return any product to our store, unopened and in perfect condition, within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt. If you return goods when you have changed your mind, we will only issue a credit note to the original value. (c) Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods may not be returned. (d) Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected the following goods may only be returned at Tulip Toys and Gifts Ltd discretion: audio or video recordings, books, watches, jewellery and computer software (if they have not been unsealed).

5.2 Credit / Debit Card Refunds
All refunds will be placed on the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. No cash payments will be made if the original payment was made by credit card. The card and the card holder must be present at the time of the refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Price, promotional and other offers 6.1 Under any limited or promotional offer, the lowest priced item of those purchased or any other number of goods in the offer is free or offered as stated in the offer. Refunds are not available on individual items purchased under this offer. This does not affect your statutory rights.[back]
